Welcome to the Deer Creek Grove Valley Website. We are excited to begin our third year in the Deer Creek School District. This will be a banner year for Grove Valley as we just received the National Pride in America School Award.  I recently traveled to Washington, D.C. to accept this prestigious award for our school.  This will be our second year to implement a technology grant from OETT.  The school purchased a broadcast technology communication center, digital cameras for teacher, mobile laptops, and flip video recorders for classrooms.  Grove Valley was also named a Great Expectation’s Model School for the second year in a row.  You will find more information about the tenets and practices of GE on the website.  We are very proud of our accomplishments.

We as a school hope the website provides you with the information you need about the newest elementary school in the Deer Creek School District.  Please read about our outstanding teachers, staff, parents, and students.

Strong academics is a priority in the Deer Creek School District.  We follow the state PASS and district guidelines for all students.  Our programs are exciting and enriched with challenging and rewarding activities.  We will strive to meet the intellectual, social, and emotional aspects of each child’s growth and development while they are at Grove Valley Elementary.
