Welcome!

I am so excited about being a fourth grade teacher at Grove Valley this year! This will be my 32^nd year to teach school and I am still very excited about students and learning.

I was raised in Boise City, Oklahoma where my father was a rancher and implement dealer. I got my degree in elementary education with a music minor at Oklahoma Baptist University. I later received my masters at NWOSU in elementary education. I’ve taught Kindergarten to eighth grade, gifted and talented for 3 schools, elementary music, and was the quiz bowl and scholastic coach for grades 6^th -8^th. I’ve been a church pianist since the 7^th grade, worked with children’s choir, led adult and children’s musicals, and have groomed girls for talent shows and pageants. One of the most rewarding experiences was organizing and taking week long educational trips with my Jr. High to Washington D.C., Chicago, San Antonio, Williamsburg, and Orlando/Space Center.

I am married to Tom Webb, a girls (and sometimes boys) basketball and track coach. He is presently coaching at Coyle High School and is the brother to Jimmy Webb, a famous Oklahoma songwriter. Our daughter, Dia, is a past Miss Oklahoma and cruise line entertainer. She now lives in St. Maarteen. Our son, Chauncey, is owner of Webb Design & Renovation, works for Primerica and Genesis Pure. He is married to Jennifer and they have a daughter, Khaki Lynn, who is 4 and a son, Cohen Allen who is 18 months old. We all have dogs: Rafiki, Tucker, Asher, and Eli who are also part of the family!

Again, I am so excited to be a part of the Grove Valley staff because the parents, staff, and support staff make it one of the best schools in the state!
